Terms
Using this site, and ordering from it.
This site is run by Goldfinch LLC, 1842 S Broadway, Unit 103, Denver, CO 80210. Using it means these terms apply. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Ordering food
- An order is not booked until it is paid. Sending it puts it in front of us; we invoice you, and the kitchen commits when that invoice clears. Until then nothing is held.
- Notice. Up to 20 boxes needs 24 hours. More than that, 48. That covers the order and the payment together, since we make it once it is paid. Tighter than that, ring us — sometimes we can, and only a person can tell you.
- Prices. What the site shows is before tax. Tax is worked out on the invoice at the rate for wherever it is going, and Colorado adds a small retail delivery fee on anything we drive to you. Delivery is charged separately and you are welcome to collect instead.
- Changes and cancellations. Tell us as early as you can. Before we have started shopping and prepping we will usually refund in full; after that, it depends on what has already been bought and made. We would rather sort it out on the phone than hide behind a clause.
- Allergies. Tell us, in the box provided, and we will do everything we reasonably can. But this is a small kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts and shellfish daily, and we cannot promise a dish is free of any trace of them. If a reaction would be severe, please say so directly and let us talk it through rather than relying on a note.
Private events and the private bar
Anything you ask about here is a conversation, not a booking. Those are governed by the agreement you sign, and where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
What we ask of you
Give us details that are true, do not use this site to break the law, and do not try to get into the staff area. Nothing here may be scraped or republished as your own.
The staff area
The tools at /hub are for people who work here, accessed with a Goldfinch account. They are not a product, they are not for sale, and no licence to them is granted to anyone else.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We will put right what we can. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for knock-on losses. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
Occasionally something stops us delivering — weather, a power cut, a supplier, an illness that empties the kitchen. When that happens we will tell you as soon as we know and refund what you paid for anything we could not do.
Which law
Colorado law, and the courts in Denver.
Changes
These may change; the date at the top moves when they do. The version in force for your order is the one on the day you placed it.
