Box lunches

Pick one for each person. We label them all.

Everyone gets their own box, with their name on it. Pick a sandwich, a salad or a quiche for each person, tell us anything they can't eat, and it arrives sorted — nobody opening three boxes looking for the one without mayonnaise.

Up to 20 boxes needs a day's notice. More than that, two days. We make it once it's paid, so that covers the order and the invoice together. Anything bigger or more involved — platters, a wedding, something off-menu — start here instead.

One box at a time. Every box is $18.00 before tax, and we take orders from 10 boxes up. Put a name on each one and we'll label them, so nobody has to open three boxes to find theirs.

Sandwiches

  • BL1The Goldfinch Club

    Applewood-smoked ham, manchego, hard-boiled egg, bacon, mixed greens, tomato, mustard aioli.

  • BL2The Filibuster

    Braised shredded beef, shredded cheddar, pickled red onions, cabbage slaw with mustard dressing.

  • BL3The Havana Dandy

    Braised pork, applewood ham, manchego, dill pickles, mustard aioli on a pressed torta roll. Our Cubano.

  • BL4The Diplomat (V)

    Thick-cut panela seared with aleppo chile, agave-pickled jalapeños, mixed greens on a torta roll.

  • BL5The Lady Bird

    Chilled pulled chicken in herbed aioli, fontina, tomato, pickled onions, mixed greens.

  • BL6The Rich Girl

    Our riff on a shrimp po' boy: chilled white shrimp tossed in aleppo chile, cabbage slaw, pickled onions, chile mayo on a torta roll.

  • BL7The Farmer's Daughter (V, VG available)

    Chilled roasted zucchini, guacamole de calabaza, white bean purée, salsa verde, pickled onions, mixed greens. Vegan without the calabaza crema.

Quiche

  • BL8The Roosevelt

    Individually baked cowboy quiche: flaky crust, cheddar, roasted potato, egg and green chile. Served with a small side of greens in epazote vinaigrette.

  • BL9The Three Sisters (V)

    Individually baked: flaky crust, white bean purée, roasted squash, corn, manchego, egg and caramelized onion. Served with a small side of greens in epazote vinaigrette.

Salads

  • BL10Et Tu, Brute? (GF*)

    Romaine, pulled chicken, cotija, pepitas, blue corn tortilla strips, roasted jalapeño caesar dressing on the side. Our caesar, with heat.

  • BL11The Victory Garden (V, GF, VG without cotija)

    Mixed greens, roasted zucchini, pickled onions, corn, cotija, pepitas, epazote vinaigrette on the side.

  • BL12The Spudnik (V, GF)

    Roasted potato, fontina cheese, roasted zucchini, tomato, mixed greens, herbed aioli. Our take on potato salad, hearty enough as a vegetarian entrée.

Anything extra

  • Sandwiches come on thick-cut sourdough unless the description says a torta roll. Either is available on any of them, and so is a gluten-free baguette.
  • Gluten-Free Bun — add $1
  • Filibuster Beef — add $8
  • Rich Girl Shrimp — add $8
  • Lady Bird Chicken — add $6
  • Applewood Ham — add $6
  • Et Tu, Brute? comes with pulled chicken. Swap it for ham at no charge, or for beef or shrimp for $2.
